Great location and amenities, easy to get to. The staff were very helpful. Everything was clean. Lockers provided in the room were large, you either bring your own padlock or you hire one. Sheets were provided and I brought my own towel etc and used the women's shower block which was a good set up. Breakfast was included in my price and this was plentiful (if basic). All good!

The staff were so friendly and helpful. At first, when I looked at the location when arriving at the hostel, I realized how far it was. But, once I checked in and asked for advice, I realized how easy it was to access the centre and how close it was to walk - slightly uphill but manageable! The room was well equipped, clean and the toilets were the same. The staff gave me great tips and recommendations and definitely were the highlight of this hostel. Thanks

The staff at reception desk was extremely helpful. Made a huge effort to understand my broken Spanish. Helped us with public transport. Highlighted bus and tram routes on map etc. Helped us a lot plan visit. Hostel very well situated. 2 buses outside (28 and 58.) Direct to town centre. Recommended address for dinner. Hostel very quiet at night. Car parking facilities excellent. Large family room with bathroom/ toilet. Very comfortable beds.

Easy free parking. It was very clean. There was a simple, sufficient breakfast included. There were economical vending machines and microwaves available to use. It is a quiet location. There are friendly bars up the hill.

Good transport links, decent breakfast. Quiet at night (we were on 7th floor). Staff were very helpful (front desk and cafeteria). Beds very comfortable and bedroom was big. Shirt uphill walk to neighbourhood bar.

The receptionists are very helpful and friendly, even prepared picknic packs for traveling. Amazing hospitality from all staff. Amazing view of Bilbao, 100% keeper view feom all rooms and dining area.

Rarely have i stayed in a hostel so clean. The facilities are a littl e basic but thats fine. Free breakfast was simple but great. Views amazing. Short walk to the tram gets you to teh city in 10 minutes Great stay. Thank you

Great location on top of a hill, where you'll get a stunning view of Bilbao. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to people traveling on their own.
